MCF
Well MCF (Maritime Christian Fellowship) was last weekend and needless to say, I had a blast. It's always great seeing people you havn't seen in a while. I got to see pretty much all the people from the college again which was great. Also I got to see the people from my church. I'm really beginning to miss them.
Anyway, The speaker, Michael Hogg, did a great job with his messages. The overall theme this year was pretty much Heaven, and what it and we will be like.
Overall it was a great weekend. One of the nights we had a campfire and I brought out my guitar and we started to sing some songs, Some were worshipful and some were silly. But something amazing happened that night. We were singing the song God of Wonders, and there is one part in the chorus where it goes, "The Universe declares your majesty," and at that moment shooting stars were going crazy, I didn't know how many showed up but I've about 8 at once. It was really cool.
Anyway, just to let you know I'm opening up a new blog. I'll be doing my more serious stuff in this blog. But if you've noticed, when i first started this blog I said I would post some funny jokes or pics as well. But as you can tell I havn't been doing that. So this blog is devoted to just that It might take me a while to get some material for it but I should be posting stuff soon. Gee thanks Kev I feel so loved... You missed Dan and Dave and the people from our church but not me I guess... boohoo :( not nice and Michelle agrees. (*gives sour look)
